After 8 years working as a Head of Content, I’ve seen too many brands make the same mistake
Pour money into ads while their actual content sits there doing nothing.
I get the logic, though. Ads generate a quick bump in revenue. They help companies justify a funding round by generating short-term demand. And they look good on a pitch deck.
But they’re not sustainable.
